Strawberry Spinach
Salad: 6 cups fresh
spinach, washed and dried
2 cups strawberries, sliced
½ cup sliced toasted almonds
To toast almonds
1. Preheating oven to 350° F.
2. Spread nuts in one layer on ungreased baking pan.
3. Bake 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
4. Let cool.
Mix
spinach, strawberries and toasted almonds. Serve with Toasted Sesame
